1. Order Processing Timeframe

We will process your order within 5 natural days after the order is successfully placed. Order processing includes order verification, inventory check, and preparing the item(s) for shipment.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

Eligible Cancellation Period

  • You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours from the order placement time.

Cancellation Conditions

  • Orders can be cancelled if the request is submitted before the order is shipped (i.e., before a tracking number is generated).

  • Once your order has been shipped (i.e., a tracking number has been provided), cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.

  • If you wish to return an item after delivery, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy below.

3. Refund Policy

Refund Processing Time

  • Once your cancellation request is approved (or once a returned item is confirmed by us), we will initiate the refund within 3–7 natural days.

  • The actual time until the refund arrives in your account depends on your payment method and your bank’s processing time (typically an additional 1–5 business days).

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment account used for the order (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Alipay, etc.).

  • We do not provide alternative refund methods unless otherwise specified.

4. How to Return an Item

If the order has already shipped and you want to return the item:

  1. Contact our customer service via email dtdigitech@outlook.com or phone as listed above to request a return and obtain a Return Authorization (if required).

  2. Ship the item back to the address listed above (Mr. Lin, Room 3402C, Guangzhou Trade Center, etc.).

  3. The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, with all original packaging and tags (if applicable).

  4. Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

  5. After we receive and inspect the returned package, we will process your refund as described above.

5. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Depending on the specific product, there may be exceptions (for example, clearance items, custom-made items, or hygiene-sensitive items) that are not eligible for returns or refunds. For such exceptions, we will clearly state the policy on the product page at the time of purchase.
