1. Order Processing Timeframe
We will process your order within 5 natural days after the order is successfully placed. Order processing includes order verification, inventory check, and preparing the item(s) for shipment.
2. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled if the request is submitted before the order is shipped (i.e., before a tracking number is generated).

Once your order has been shipped (i.e., a tracking number has been provided), cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.

3. Refund Policy

Once your cancellation request is approved (or once a returned item is confirmed by us), we will initiate the refund within 3–7 natural days.

The actual time until the refund arrives in your account depends on your payment method and your bank’s processing time (typically an additional 1–5 business days).

4. How to Return an Item
If the order has already shipped and you want to return the item:

Ship the item back to the address listed above (Mr. Lin, Room 3402C, Guangzhou Trade Center, etc.).

The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, with all original packaging and tags (if applicable).

Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

After we receive and inspect the returned package, we will process your refund as described above.
5. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
